Now there is some logic to exercising on an empty stomach we’ll tuck into more of our fat stores to fuel our training sessions.
But when it comes to fat loss, over the course of a day, I've recently learnt from a top nutritionist Martin McDonald, that this doesn’t really matter as fat loss actually balances out over a 24 hour period.
Whether its at work, home life, relationships and even weight loss, we take on too much, too quickly and we struggle to stay on top of it all.
I've just finished the book Essentialism- The Disciplined Persuit of Less by Greg McKeown.
(Don't worry this isn't turning into book club!)
But let me share with you a key take home point that you can relate any weight loss journey to.

The actual mug isn’t what intrigued me most.
The idea that I DON'T have to get a spoon out of a drawer, put it in a cup and rotate my wrist a few times in a clockwise or anticlockwise (personal preference right?) is definitely appealing.
